Social media marketing – Case 2

This client had already been working with a social media ad agency before, but didn’t get the results they were hoping for. When they contact us, we ran a social media audit for their performance, looked through their campaigns and analytics to make sure we knew what was going on.

Only 1 month after working with the client, we saw positiv ROI, and quickly began to scale the ads. The US based client was an-ecommerce store running on CMS of Shopify.

  • Researching & analysing audience and data
  • Implementing changes for new targeting, using custom audiences, LLA, new flex-interests and test
  • Optimising with bid-test and ad rotation
  • Scaling while maintaining ROAS

Results:

  • Sales through Facebook & Instagram campaigns only = 31,007
    • Revenue from FB/IG = $ 3,086,250
    • Total Ad spend = $ 714,424.15
    • ROAS = 4,31
